Natasha Thahane Is Expected to Debut In An Upcoming Original Series Of Netflix Named Blood And Water, Officially Released Globally In 190 Countries By Next Year.
In an announcement released some days back, Wednesday, 26th June 2019, Netflix affirmed that Natasha Thahane who is a female South African will be one of the main characters in the creation of the upcoming movie series, and she will assume the part of Wendy Dlamini.
Her part will be portrayed as a stubborn, savvy mouthed millennial who on the drama is kept at bay by the lead actor Puleng Khumalo, who acts as Ama Qamata. The story line will be about the adventures of a smart but a spontaneous 16-year old young lady, Puleng, as she examines the case of her elder sister who was abducted at birth.
The seasoned actor Thahane via her Instagram page revealed on Saturday, 29th June 2019, how enthusiastic she feels as she revealed an image of herself alongside other characters in the movie. She also screen-grabbed an announcement of a statement which read; “The featuring cast for the new Netflix series Blood And Water has been uncovered as the drama’s production kicks off. Main actors are Thabang Molaba, Natasha Thahane, Ama Qamata, Dillon Windvogel, and the new comer Khosi Ngema”. Thahane on the head of the update said that God has been good and reliable, she also said she’s happy to see what’s in store for her in the nearest future.
The movie character made her acting introduction 5 years back, in 2014, her first movie show was on e.tv, eKasi: Our Stories. Subsequently she starred in various business appearances, Thahane proceeded to show up on well known South Africa TV series like Saints and Sinners, Galz, Ses’Top La, Skeem Saam, then The Queen.
Her script-part in Blood And Water fills in as her first experience with Netflix and will also act as her first globally braodcasted movie show.
