Amanda Black Reveals She’s Working On A New Album
Who else is happy to hear that Amanda Black is about to release a brand new album this year 2019, for us we cant wait to listen to the new music from the South African female artiste.
Amanda Black is a South African female artiste whose biological name is Benedicta Antony, but better known with her stage name, she is a South African songwriter, recording artist and also doubles as a singer, she was first brought to fame in 2016 after she successfully released her hit track named Amazulu, the song was subsequently nominated for many South African music awards.
Amanda recently revealed that she has her next studio album in works. The prolific singer who is also known with her another hit track, Uzobuya made the revelation through a conversation with a fan of hers on her social media pages this past Sunday, 30th June.
On the course of the interaction, the emcee’s follower also reminded Black that on Monday which is the 1st of July 2019, her very popular hit track, Amazulu will be celebrating its 3rd anniversary.
On Sunday morning, the singer’s follower tweeted on her Twitter account and explained how fans are anxiously anticipating and waiting on Amanda Black, to release a new album.
The last album which the female sensational singer released was officially dropped on November 2016, and since then, a full studio album nor mixtape has not been released by Amanda Black. Though after her last album, she has been able to drop a list of songs, this year too included, and her newest is called Thandwa Ndim which was originally dropped on 1st of February 2019, she later dropped the song video two weeks later, 17th May, She together with the Soweto Gospel Choir, assisted Yanga Chief to drop his song named Promised Land.
After the fan tweeted out about the new album wait, Amanda Black replied her and promised her followers that her nest album is currently being worked on in the studio. Black was however very mindful of her reply as she did not promise any release date, neither did she reveal the title of the album nor much details about the upcoming project. It was quite touching and almost emotional how during the conversation the fan drew the attention of the singer to the fact that her first single which focused the attention of South Africans to her and made her rise to fame Amazulu, was dropped by this time three years back. The female artiste then thanked the fan and to ou surprise, she confessed she had even forgotten the actual release date of the single.
Right now, Amanda Black is campaigning for her recently released single, Thandwa Ndim, via concerts and live performances.
